Department of Vascular Surgery, 1st Affiliated Hospital, Medical College of Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China A 48-year-old Chinese woman with primary leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena cava (IVC) who succesfully underwent resection of a long length of the affected IVC and the right kidney together with graft replacement of the IVC is reported.
